Chalet Cuisine

You will be looked after by a chalet host. They’ll come in each morning, and prepare for you a delicious breakfast setting you up for the day. This will include a hot option, such as pancakes, eggs benedict, or scrambled egg.  You’ll have a choice of porridge, cereals, croissants, pains-au-chocolat, yoghurts, tea and coffee.
 
At the end of a long day on the slopes, you’ll come back to an afternoon tea, of home-made cakes or biscuits. Then in the evening we’ll cook you a delicious 3-course meal. You’ll enjoy canapés with a glass of wine before dinner, and then sit down to a cordon-bleu meal, all served with specially selected fine wines. As you kick back and relax after dinner, you’ll be served freshly brewed coffee or a choice of teas and after dinner chocolates.
 
The Extra Touches In Les Griottes and La Petite Silene we serve you Champagne with your canapés each evening. In Snowbel we serve you a bottle of Cremant each evening.  In Marmotton we welcome you on your first night with two bottles of Cremant.  Les Griottes and La Petite Silene also have a drinks cooler fridge with beers and soft drinks.
 
Children We know that all families have different eating habits, and we want you to feel very much at home. To this end, we’re very happy to prepare a kids’ dinner earlier in the evening – something like spaghetti bolognese, shepherd’s pie ramekins, homemade pizza bread slices or fish-fingers. We’ll go through with you what your children like to eat or not, and make sure we fill the fridge accordingly.
 
Food requirements, allergies etc We’ll discuss your food requirements with you before your holiday to make sure we have everything you need. We can offer vegetarian alternatives to each meal, and over the past 17 years, we have catered for all sorts of allergies including nuts, eggs, wheat/gluten-free, coeliac and more. We cater to your needs, not to our fixed menu plans.
