Les Matines

Les Matines

If you want ski-in/ski-out combined with easy access to the restaurants, bars and shops of Meribel, then Chalet Les Matines is the place for you. The chalet nestles amongst the trees on a snowy path just off the home slope into Meribel so you can ski to and from your door.  It's only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Meribel, with its lively atmosphere,  street bands, and cafe culture.  Or you can relax on the large, south-facing sun terrace, with your afternoon tea and freshly made cakes and cookies,  reflecting on your best day's skiing ever, as you enjoy the stunning views up the valley to Mont Vallon and watch the sun slowly setting behind the snow-covered peak of the Roc de Fer.

Chalet Les Matines is a basic chalet in a stunning location.  It sleeps 8 people in 5 bedrooms.  The open-plan living/dining area has a warming fireplace with large French windows onto the terrace, aswell as a TV and DVD player.  Two of the bedrooms are double rooms, one bedroom is a twin that can be a double, and then there are two small under-the-eaves single bedrooms.  One of these can be used as a double room, with the other as a dressing room, if you were a group of 4 couples.  There is one bathroom, and one shower-room.
