What's Included

Included in the price of a week’s booking we offer you the following:

Le Marmotton

1. 7 nights' accommodation
2. All food - prepared by your chalet chef - cooked and continental breakfast, freshly made cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, and a fantastic 4-course evening meal, with canapes, and coffee and chocolates.  See our food page for details
3. All drink including soft drinks, personally selected fine wines, supplied by Viniguide Ltd, and beer.  Not spirits, but if you bring them with you, we’ll supply the mixers.
4. Champagne on your first night.
5. Chalet staff will cook for you on 6 nights.  They have one day off, when you can cook for yourselves, or head out to one of the many fantastic restaurants in Meribel.  We can recommend and reserve one for you.
6. Use of your own outdoor hot-tub on your large sun-terrace.
7. All linen
8. All towels, and a fluffy bathrobe for each guest
9. Our chauffeur to drop you off at the slopes each morning and pick you up in the afternoon.  Available until 10am and from 4pm but you can ask nicely and often be picked up or dropped off between these times.

Chalet Snowbel and Les Grands Sorbiers

1. 7 nights' accommodation
2. All food - prepared by your chalet host – cooked and continental breakfast, freshly made cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, and a fantastic 4-course evening meal, with canapes, and coffee and chocolates. See our food page for details
3. All drink including soft drinks, personally selected fine wines, supplied by Viniguide Ltd, and beer.  Not spirits, but if you bring them with you, we’ll supply the mixers.

Chalet Sainte Appolonnie

1. 7 nights' accommodation

3. All drink including soft drinks, personally selected fine wines, supplied by Viniguide Ltd, and beer.  Not spirits, but if you bring them with you, we’ll supply the mixers.

5. Chalet staff will cook for you on 6 nights.  They have one day off, when you can cook for yourselves, or head out to one of the many fantastic restaurants in Les Allues or Meribel.  We can recommend and reserve one for you.
6. Our chauffeur to drop you off at the slopes each morning and pick you up in the afternoon.  Available until 10am and from 4pm but you can ask nicely and often be picked up or dropped off between these times.

9. Exclusive use of your own private sauna.

Les Matines

1. 7 nights' accommodation
2. All food – prepared by your chalet host – cooked and continental breakfast, freshly made cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, and a fantastic 3-course evening meal, with canapes, and coffee and chocolates. See our food page for details

What’s not included

1. Travel – we can help you look for the best way to get to resort, and we can book transfers for you.
2. Ski Hire – you can get a discount code from the guest area of our website.
3. Ski Passes – you can book this online from the guest area of our website.
4. Ski School – if you want lessons, we’ll help you sort them out. 
   
5. Holiday insurance - we highly recommend that you have winter travel insurance.
6. Babysitting and childcare – our staff are happy to help you arrange childcare, if we haven’t already sorted it out for you before you arrive in resort.
7. Extra services in resort, such as masseurs, physios, etc – we can book these to come to the chalet for you.
8. Staff tips – if you’re happy with the service our chalet hosts and drivers have provided, then they hugely appreciate any tips you feel you’d like to leave.  If you’re not happy with any aspect of the service, then please tell us immediately, as soon as you can, so we can sort it out for you during your holiday.  You can call us any time, if you don’t want to talk to your hosts directly.
